How to increase your PageRank?

Let’s get the facts together first: PageRank, trademarked by Google, is an indicator for the importance of a website, measured on a scale from 1 (not very popular really
) to 10 (you’ve made it! Of course Google is not telling us how they calculate this value but a few things we know will help increasing your PageRank:
- One of the relevant factors measured are incoming and outgoing links. But be aware that quantity is not everything – the opposite is the case.
- Google does not only count your links but also validates the quality of the website you are linking to.
- In addition to this – the website you are linking to or from should offer a real value to the content of your website to benefits your case.
- Be clear about your target market – if you wish to establish a good position on Google UK make sure you chose your link partners according to your campaign i.e. get *.co.uk websites to link to you.
Always keep in mind: A good linking strategy is vital for your success online!
